Outdoor shooting range

If you like spending time outdoors and doing target practices in a realistic, sometimes unpredictable environment then outdoor shooting just may be for you.
Most outdoor ranges have established procedures that all members need to follow in order to ensure safety on the range they work in terms of “hot” (active) or “cold” (inactive) time zone, when the range is hot it means guns are loaded and firing is taking place and when the range is cold people are free to move ad find positions where they will be practicing.
Outdoor ranges come in the following types:
• Shotgun or trap range: Aim at sporting clays or do what is called skeet shooting
• Riffle range:   Distance of targets is pushed to between 91 – 275 meters
• Handgun range:  Semi-automatics and revolvers shoot at targets between 13 -91 meters.
The distance is a lot further than that of indoor shooting and one may harness and advance their shooting skills far greater in the wild, open outdoor environment.
